FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders except for on certain items where it is expressed.
Some items require freight shipping where you are responsible to arrange meeting up with the shipper to acquire items. If items are returned, you the customer are responsible for any additional shipping cost and will be invoiced which you are required to pay within 30 (thirty) days from invoice date.
PROCESSING TIMES
We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. Generally speaking, almost all of our orders go out within 24-48 business hours after a proof is approved to print. These times apply to any of our products," items that are personalized may require additional time. ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A PROOF OF WHICH YOU ARE REQUIRED TO APPROVE IN WRITING VIA EMAIL OR MESSAGE BEFORE THEY WILL SHIP. IF YOU DO NOT APPROVE YOUR PROOF YOUR ITEMS WILL NOT SHIP, REGARDLESS OF EXPECTED SHIPPING TIMES. In addition, if you order during one of our sales, there's a chance that due to volume we may need more time to process as well. If you are in a bind and need something quickly, please reach out to us before placing your order to make sure we can accommodate!
